  They suck at returning phone calls, as in, they have never returned a call when I was forced to leave a message, or even when I spoke to someone and they promised to call me back. I've always had to call them back. They are not pro-active in their services. And their "emergency" number is a joke.
  
  They're also the most expensive provider in the area and on top of that they have an agreement with at least one "competitor" in the area to not take on each other's customers - which is an unfair business practice.
